This is the original concept for the two units proposed at 309 Park Street showing the Southwest condominium up by the street and the Northeast condominium in back. The plan showing a driveway between the units was changed to a left-side driveway in order to give each one a private yard.
The first floor plan of the Southwest condominium (in front) features an open-plan kitchen/great room on the left, glass doors opening to a balcony on either side of the fireplace, and a side porch which opens onto a private side yard.
On the second floor of the Southwest condo there are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. In front is a generous Master bedroom with walk-in closet.
The biggest difference between the two condos is probably having a first floor garage on the rear condo. While convenient, it reduces first floor square feet by about 300 feet. Putting the garage underneath allows for the potential of a first floor bedroom instead.
